To relate from love authentically is within our reach. But is it a practice or a way of being? And does one have to be 55+ to get there?
ah... love the question! I am currently looking into Jeffery Martin's book "the finders" for insights. I personally think it needs a lifestyle in close proximity to kindred spirits. Something similar to the idea that "the sangha is the guru"
